Salvatore Gerace is a certified powerlifting, AWF Coach, ASCA strength and conditioning coach and the founder of Athlete8.
Since 2017, Salvatore has been passionately transforming everyday people into high-performance humans and now through Athlete8 he is committed to continuing to teach people how to train like athletes, so they can feel amazing and perform at their best for the rest of their life.
Maddy is an extremely talented individual and for the last 12 years she’s has been competing as a National Gymnastic Sport Aerobics athlete. Through love for her sport and fitness Maddy has dedicated the last 5 years to her personal training career where she has helped people achieve the unthinkable.
Her passion for gymnastics and fitness has helped her distinguish the type of training she loves to teach which is strengthen and conditioning. She also loves incorporating compound lifts into her programming as they help to build the base of strong and fit body.
She is extremely passionate about helping others become the best possible version of themselves, and understanding the importance of training for fitness over aesthetics.

Athlete8 puts the “personal” into “personal training”, thanks to our highly individualised 1-2-1 training programs using a combination of strength training, circuit training & cardio focused circuit training. There are no “cookie cutter” or “one size fits all” programs here – instead, you’ll receive a personalised program that is designed specifically around your individual abilities, needs and interests, including a dietary guideline that is developed in accordance with your goals. Whether you’re getting into the gym for weight loss, or want to take a step towards developing your strength training, Athlete 8 is the boutique gym for you.

Many of us perform better when in a group, so for these individuals we’ve designed the Athlete8 Small Group Training. Here, you’ll be motivated to try new things, and inspired to achieve more than you thought possible, whilst still following our unique strength, cardio & circuit training exercises.

Fit Fundamentals: Beginners
If you’re new to exercise then this is the body transformation program for you! Because this program is designed to transform your fitness status from beginner to athlete in just 8 weeks through our science backed circuit training with a dedicated personal trainer.
Strength & Conditioning: Beginner & Intermediate
This program is ideal for both beginner and intermediate exercisers, as it is designed to progress your current strength and conditioning abilities to the next level, whilst being guided and supported with a dedicated personal trainer.
This program can turn any novice exerciser into a powerful athlete. Consisting of two four-week phases, you’ll first master the fundamentals of powerlifting, before progressing to the development stage where the true magic happens!
